Mayor Patricia Morgan has served Riverton Borough since 2020. A lifelong resident and retired educator, she is committed to transparent government and community engagement. She chairs the Borough Council and represents Riverton at regional and county meetings.

James Richardson has served on Borough Council since 2018 and was elected Council President in 2024. A local business owner, he focuses on economic development and fiscal responsibility.

Maria Santos joined Borough Council in 2020 and serves as Vice President. She chairs the Public Safety Committee and advocates for community policing initiatives and neighborhood watch programs.

Robert Chen was elected to Borough Council in 2022. A civil engineer by profession, he chairs the Infrastructure Committee and leads efforts to improve borough roads and stormwater management.

Linda Thompson has served on Borough Council since 2016. She chairs the Parks & Recreation Committee and has been instrumental in securing grants for park improvements.

William Hayes has served as Public Works Director since 2015. He oversees all infrastructure maintenance, capital projects, and seasonal operations including snow removal and leaf collection.

Chief Michael Torres has led the Riverton Police Department since 2019. With over 25 years of law enforcement experience, he has implemented community policing strategies and modernized department operations.

Jennifer Walsh joined Riverton Borough in 2021 as Parks & Recreation Director. She has expanded youth programming, improved park facilities, and launched the popular Community Day Festival.

David Kim has served as Finance Director since 2018. He is responsible for budget preparation, financial reporting, and ensuring fiscal accountability in all borough operations.

Angela Martinez has served as Code Enforcement Officer since 2020. She works with residents and property owners to ensure compliance with borough ordinances while maintaining positive community relationships.
